Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will oversee commercial ventilation and extraction projects across London, coordinating design, manufacturing and installation to hit technical, cost and schedule targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver bespoke kitchen ventilation systems and ductwork. The role combines site coordination, client liaison and risk management in a growing specialist contractor. You will help drive projects from early planning through to commissioning, ensuring quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project delivery with design, manufacturing and installation teams
• Ensure projects meet technical, commercial and programme standards
• Oversee multiple ventilation and extraction projects across London
• Liaise with clients and manage communications
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and installation teams
• Monitor project costs, timelines and technical specifications
• Interpret mechanical drawings and project documentation
• Support risk management and quality assurance

Key requirements

• Experience managing ventilation, HVAC or mechanical building services projects
• Background in commercial kitchen ventilation, ductwork or mechanical installations advantageous
• Strong understanding of ventilation systems, extract equipment and associated mechanical services
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers and installation teams
• Commercial awareness of project costs, programmes and technical specifications
• Confident interpreting mechanical drawings and project documentation
• Able to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with clients
• Willingness to travel regularly to London
