Holiday Retail Ops Assistant – Stock & Deliveries

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations. This is a physically demanding, high‑intensity role that keeps our stores running like clockwork and requires focus, speed and accuracy.

You’ll handle stock, deliveries, and all behind‑the‑scenes work to ensure the shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for customers. You’ll work across the wider store, use digital tools to track deliveries, and stay fast and collaborative across teams.
