Residential Children’s Support Worker – Trauma-Informed

Charles Hunter Associates aims to recruit a dedicated Children’s Support Worker for a residential home in Newark-on-Trent. The role focuses on providing consistent, trauma-informed care to children and young people with complex needs, helping them develop confidence and life skills.

You will work shifts including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, promoting wellbeing and safeguarding while collaborating with social workers, schools and families to achieve positive outcomes.
