Support Worker – Enable Autistic Lives, Flexible Shifts

Brandon Trust in Coleford is hiring a Support Worker to help autistic people and individuals with learning disabilities live life on their terms. You will support daily activities, build routines, pursue hobbies, plan trips, attend work, and assist with household tasks.

This role requires a kind, empathetic approach, strong teamwork, and excellent communication. Full UK driving licence is required. We offer flexible shifts on a 24/7 rota and a competitive hourly rate plus sleep-in allowance.
