Health, Safety & Wellbeing Director — Hybrid Programme Leader

WSP is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing Director to provide strategic leadership across major infrastructure and energy programmes. You will shape HSW strategy, govern risk and assure delivery, influencing executive decisions and embedding risk management across complex environments.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive continuous improvement, and partner with clients, alliance partners and suppliers to deliver safe, sustainable programme outcomes.
