SEN Behaviour Support Assistant – 1:1 & Small Groups

Vision for Education Ltd in Hailsham is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to aid pupils aged 4–11 with SEMH needs. The role is full-time, with a salary of £14.24–£14.50 per hour, and an ASAP start on a temp-to-perm basis.

You will work in a SEN school just outside Horsham, focusing on de‑escalation, engagement, and creating safe, supportive learning environments. A driver’s license is required due to rural location.
