Impactful Family Support Worker – Youth Justice

Newport City Council Council is seeking a Family Support Worker to help children on the cusp of the Youth Justice System. You will deliver needs-based assessments and develop multi-agency plans to support families using a strengths-based approach.

The role involves providing holistic family-focused programmes and interventions to strengthen parenting capacity and support families with complex needs. A driving licence and a DBS check are required.
