SEND Teaching Assistant – Support Complex Needs & Growth

Monarch Education is recruiting a full-time Teaching Assistant for a complex needs school in Bristol (BS16, Fishponds area) to start October 2026. The role is 8:45-15:45, full-time with temp-to-perm opportunities, supporting pupils aged 5-19 with ASC/SLD/PMLD in one-to-one and small-group settings.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, sensory learning, and facilitating communication using PECS, Makaton, or visuals, working with teachers and therapists to track progress.
