Carnival UK (P&O Cruises & Cunard) seeks a Director, Hydrodynamics to lead the Hydrodynamics Working Group within the Naval Architecture & Outfitting Chapter. You will guide propulsion and hull performance across brands, addressing regulatory and environmental matters.

Based at Carnival House, Southampton, the role is office-based three days a week, with senior leadership responsibilities and cross-brand collaboration to maximize efficiency and deliver strategic roadmaps.
