Chef de Partie – Fresh Seasonal Kitchen, Training & Perks

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie for The Potter’s Heron, Ampfield, near Romsey. The role offers a basic rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC and an On Target Earnings up to £15 with TRONC included.

Successful candidates will have 3-4 years in a service setting, strong knife skills and classical cooking techniques, with the ability to work across multiple kitchen sections and follow recipes. Training and progression opportunities are highlighted within a growing hospitality group.
