Senior Director, Retail Media Growth & ROI

Omnicom Group in London is seeking a Senior Director Account Management to build, scale, and lead our Retail Media account teams. You will drive revenue retention and growth by managing Brand and Performance solutions across participating retailer platforms.

You will mentor senior AMs, develop playbooks, and partner with product and agency stakeholders to deliver ROI, expand spend, and push cross-channel adoption of our RM stack including Sponsored Ads, clean rooms, and AI-enabled features.
