Traveling HR Partner: ER & Change Leader

Wavenet is seeking a HR People Partner ER and Change to drive the People strategy and support growth. The role involves travel across locations, building strong relationships with line managers and colleagues, and leading ER casework and HR projects.

The ideal candidate is CIPD qualified to level 5/7 with several years of HR Business Partner/Manager experience, strong employee relations skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Flexibility to work across locations is essential.
