Senior Commercial Lead – Construction & Civils (London)

Bluebook Partners LTD is seeking a Senior Commercial Lead in London to drive the commercial performance of multiple projects. You will lead a team of Quantity Surveyors, manage budgets and cash flow, and report directly to the Board on commercial results.

You will oversee tendering, contract negotiations and risk management, ensuring margins are protected across enabling works and central London schemes, while collaborating closely with operations to maximise project performance.
