Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Global Head of Pro to own the worldwide Pro Programme for makeup artists and beauty professionals. You will drive recruitment, activation, and retention, shaping eligibility, benefits, and commercial terms to grow active membership and revenue.

You will partner with Education, PR, Events and regional teams to execute a scalable strategy, delivering governance and measurable outcomes across markets while maintaining programme integrity.
