Biomass Plant Manager – Lead Operations & Growth

BWSC is seeking a Plant Manager for the Sleaford Renewable Energy biomass plant. You will report to the Project Director and lead on-site operations, maintenance, safety, and personnel management to optimise production and ensure compliance.

You will drive long-term asset performance, coordinate fuel plans and budgets, and manage a multifunctional team across the site. A strong engineering background and experience in biomass power are essential.
