EU Design Program Manager – Logistics Continuous Improvement

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Design Program Manager for the EU AMZL Continuous Improvement Program within the Global Building Design and Engineering team.

You will own the DCR-DCI pipeline from ideation to adoption, govern design changes across stakeholders, and drive value engineering to elevate EU standards. You will benchmark EU designs against fast-moving regions, coordinate multiple EU workstreams, and translate global best practices for EU operations.
