Engineering Manager, People & Process

Longshot Systems Ltd in London is seeking an Engineering Manager to own people and process for our 30–50 strong engineering organisation. This is a team leadership role; CTO and tech leads retain architecture and code decisions while you drive hiring, development and performance.

You’ll run biannual reviews, coordinate progression, calibrate across teams, and ensure consistent standards while enabling rapid delivery and engineering excellence.
