Senior Operations Leader – Lean Manufacturing & Safety

Edwards Vacuum is seeking an Operations Manager for its Eastbourne site. You will lead electronics manufacturing, delivering quality products on time with strong safety, quality, delivery, cost and people results.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will guide leadership across Production, Test, Engineering, Planning and Improvement. You will drive Lean deployment, continuous improvement and governance, partnering with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Commercial to meet business needs.
