Head of Building & Facilities Management

Park Avenue Recruitment is working with a Local Authority to appoint a Head of Service – Building & FM to oversee building maintenance, statutory compliance, FM services and capital works across the corporate estate in West Yorkshire.

The role will coordinate building surveying activity, planned maintenance programmes and contractor performance, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
