Real Estate Senior Associate

AJ Chambers are working with a leading global law firm who are looking to recruit a Real Estate Senior Associate to join their Manchester team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate lawyer to join a highly regarded international practice, working on a broad range of high-value and complex commercial property matters.

The role will involve:

• Providing legal advice on a broad range of client solutions spanning some or all of the areas of real estate legal advice referred to above
• Building relationships with other team members
• Project managing and driving projects to conclusion
• Training and mentoring more junior team members
• Strong Academic, Technical, And Personal Skills Are Essential

The successful candidate will be:

• The successful candidates will have experience within corporate an or transactional Real Estate and may or may not have a portable practice
• Ideally the candidates will be known in the market with good contacts in the target client base
• The ideal candidates are likely to come from law firms but candidates from competitor firms or in-house will also be considered
• A driven and proactive team player who enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and disciplines and is keen to assist with the development of junior team members;
• A relationship builder who can spot and develop new opportunities and client relationships both within internally and externally.
• A good technical lawyer with a solid knowledge of the relevant legislation and able to work with limited partner or director supervision, driving mandates forward.
