Taylor Wimpey invites applications for a Senior Commercial Manager to support procurement, commercial and contractual activities within the regional team. You will interface with staff across site teams, subcontractors, external suppliers and JV/Development partners.
You will be responsible for budgeting, cost control, WIP and cash flow forecasting, and ensuring compliance with regulations to deliver value across projects. Strong IT skills and active site involvement are required.
