Strategic Systems Test Manager – Defence/Aerospace

ARM currently seeks a Systems Test Manager for a 12 month contract based in Portsmouth. The role offers £60ph Inside IR35 with responsibilities spanning verification, test strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver validated systems for Defence and Aerospace projects.

You will produce test plans, manage defect processes, and ensure end-to-end testing aligns with contract requirements while engaging with engineering leadership to drive continuous improvement.
