Remote Commercial Banking Lawyer: Debt Finance

Axiom is seeking Commercial Banking Lawyers to support clients across financial services, banking, corporate and real estate sectors on domestic and international finance matters. The role covers lending, debt and real estate finance, securitisation and related banking work.

You will draft, review and negotiate facility agreements, security documents and intercreditor arrangements, while advising on transaction structures and risk.
