Harvey, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join our legal team in London. Reporting to the Head of EMEA Legal, you will help ensure fast, efficient execution of customer agreements as we scale our AI-powered platform for law and professional services.
You will draft, review, and negotiate Commercial AI SaaS contracts, help establish the regional legal function, and support other legal issues as they arise. A hybrid work model with three days in the office weekly is offered.
