Global HR Process Lead – Workday & Data Governance

DFDS is seeking a Global Core HR Process Lead to shape the future of our HR processes across Europe and beyond. You will drive the Core HR data strategy, standardisation, and digitalisation with Workday as a central enabler.

You will collaborate with PeopleTech, Regional HR Service Delivery, and Global HR Business Partners to ensure scalable, compliant processes and an end-to-end employee lifecycle across multiple countries. A strong change mindset and stakeholder skills are essential.
