Principal Product Designer: Design Systems & Transformation Leader

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an experienced Principal Product Designer to lead the Transport Experience Design team. You will raise design quality, coach designers and influence strategic decisions across Design, Product and Engineering, while guiding large-scale transformation programmes and evolving design systems.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior partners, shape the practice, and ensure customer-centred outcomes with outstanding craft and collaboration across disciplines.
