Product Design Lead

Our client is a fast-growing global technology organisation looking for a Product Design Lead, Design Systems to join their team on a permanent basis in London.

Skills and Requirements:

• Extensive experience in product design and design systems
• Experience setting design system vision and strategy across multiple products
• Strong hands-on design, prototyping, and development skills
• Experience using AI tools for design and prototyping
• Experience designing scalable patterns and frameworks for complex B2B workflows
• Strong understanding of accessibility and design quality
• Experience working closely with engineering teams
• Consumer and mobile product design experience would be advantageous

Role and Responsibilities:

• Set the vision and strategy for the design system across multiple products
• Design, prototype, and build solutions hands-on
• Help develop an AI-driven design system using AI tools and code
• Create scalable design patterns and frameworks for complex B2B workflows
• Champion accessibility and design quality across the platform
• Collaborate with a dedicated design systems engineering team
