Head of Reward, UKIN: Strategy, Governance & Delivery

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Head of Reward in the UK&I region to drive the reward agenda across the business. You will translate group priorities into UKIN solutions, lead salary cycles, incentive schemes, and benefits programs, while ensuring governance and compliance across legislation and regulatory requirements.

You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, using data to inform decisions, and reporting to senior stakeholders both in country and internationally.
