Principal EC&I Engineer – Defence Systems & Controls

Sapien Engineering is seeking a Principal Electrical Controls and Instrumentation Engineer to join our defence consultancy on a full-time basis. The role requires senior EC&I expertise, with a track record in heavy industrial or rotating equipment and a strong focus on quality, safety and client satisfaction.

You will lead design activities, produce critical documentation, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring project milestones are met within defence programme constraints.
