Asset Strategy Leader: Housing Investment & Regeneration

Tristone Nash is seeking an experienced Head of Asset Strategy to lead asset management and housing investment programmes in south Wales. You will oversee WHQS 2023 delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and work closely with customers and contractors to maximise value for money across a £22m annual investment portfolio.
