Strategic BD Lead, Local Government

Capsticks LLP is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (Local Government) to lead growth for a fast‑growing sector. You will work with the Head of Local Government to shape strategy, drive client development and revenue growth, and oversee major campaigns and initiatives.

You’ll partner with lawyers, BD colleagues, and client account leads to deepen relationships, manage opportunities, and lead market-facing campaigns in a hybrid, UK-wide role.
