Onsite Test Systems Engineer & Customer Support

Averna powered by Spherea is seeking a practical, technically capable Customer Support Technician to be the primary day-to-day representative at a major customer site near Cheltenham. You will be embedded within the customer’s operation, performing first-line technical support and hands-on electrical and mechanical work.

You will act as a link between the customer and Averna’s engineering teams, with opportunities to identify improvements and new opportunities while building strong relationships
