Lead Product Engineer (Full Stack) | Contract or Permanent

We’re looking for a customer-facing Product Engineer to help design, build and deliver digital products using the Microsoft technology stack. This is a hands‑on full stack role, working directly with customers to understand challenges, shape solutions and drive outcomes.

You’ll combine strong engineering skills with product thinking, owning solutions from idea to deployment while leading and mentoring a growing team. Think Forward Deployed Engineer meets Tech Lead.

Requirements

Full stack development experience, Microsoft stack (.NET, Azure, React/TypeScript), strong stakeholder engagement skills, product mindset, and experience leading engineers in fast-paced environments.
