Head of Finance

Head of Finance – Sheffield / Hybrid – £80,000 – £90,000

As commercial Head of Finance you will take full responsibility for the P&L and management accounting, and lead a small team to support the wider business strategically and from a finance perspective. The business is highly profitable and growing, and has a great, supportive culture and hybrid working. The ideal candidate will be Qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) and have a background working at this level within a commercial organisation.

Key Areas of the Role:

• Strategy & Planning – budgeting, forecasting, managing cash flow, profit and loss
• Financial Control – overseeing the management accounts and financial reporting
• Leadership – managing and leading a small team
• Board & Stakeholder Support – senior finance business partnering with commercial and operations, and communicating effectively to the board
• KPI Dashboards – supporting the business in terms of efficiency and profitability
