Project Finance Partner — Hybrid, High-Impact Leader

Venture Recruitment Partners is seeking a Projects Finance Business Partner in Southampton. You will own the financial performance of high-value projects, lead P&L management, forecasting and reporting, and influence senior stakeholders across diverse project portfolios.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent, strong analytical and modelling skills, and a proven ability to partner with project leaders in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid/flexible working offered with a competitive salary.
