Children’s Home Manager — Lead Safeguard, £33k-£34k + £10k

Client in Wigan area is seeking a Registered Childrens Home Manager to oversee residential care for young people. You will safeguard welfare, lead multi-agency work, liaise with therapists and education providers, and manage staff in a high-risk setting.

A Level 5 Diploma or equivalent is required, with strong leadership and motivation skills. Starting salary is £33k if below Level 5, or £34k with Level 5, plus a potential bonus up to £10,000.
