Manufacturing Engineer – Lean Upholstery & Woodworking

Stannah Group in Andover is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support upholstery, woodworking, and furniture production. You will lead process improvements, introduce new products, and drive cost savings across sites.

The role is permanent, full-time, with typical hours Mon-Thu 8:00–16:45, Fri 8:00–12:00, and requires experience in Lean manufacturing, CAD, CNC, and tooling design to enhance efficiency and quality.
