Senior Technical Manager, Food Quality & Compliance

Food & Beverage Company (Confidential) is recruiting for a senior Technical leader to run the site’s Technical, Food Safety and Quality functions in the Lancaster area. You will lead the Technical/QA team, manage audits, and partner with the Site Director to drive continuous improvement and risk management.

You will oversee HACCP, ensure compliance with BRCGS, customer standards and legislation, and act as the key Technical contact for customers, auditors and regulators.
