In-House Construction Counsel — Capital Projects (London/Surrey)

Simmons & Hanbury is expanding its legal team, seeking a commercial/construction lawyer to support major capital projects on an in-house basis. The role reports to the Head of Legal and offers flexibility in location, with London or Surrey offices as options.

Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating construction and commercial contracts, with strong NEC/JCT experience, and advising on data protection, competition law, TUPE and IP issues. In-house exposure is desirable.
