Senior Commercial Counsel – Hybrid, High-Value Contracts

Taylor Root is supporting a client seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel to provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice across commercial, procurement and contract matters. The role covers drafting and negotiating high-value agreements and working with procurement teams.

The ideal candidate is UK-qualified with around 4+ PQE, has strong contracting and negotiation experience, and can manage risk pragmatically. A hybrid 3 days remote/2 days onsite arrangement is offered.
