Talent Partner: Succession, Performance & Development

Connells Group is seeking a Talent Partner to lead delivery of the group’s talent and performance approach. You will identify, assess, develop and retain future leaders while ensuring performance is managed consistently across the business.

You will run talent reviews using the Future Four framework, build succession plans for critical roles, and help design and roll out the Group Performance Framework in Workday, backed by data-driven insights.
