Shift Leader – Pub Service & Guest Experience

Hungry Horse is looking for a Team Leader to guide the front-line team through busy shifts, ensuring everyone has what they need and service runs smoothly. You will role-model top customer care and uphold high standards across the venue.

You’ll deputise for managers when needed, coordinate the team to handle busy periods, and ensure the bar is safe, legal, and well-maintained at all times. A positive, can-do attitude and teamwork are essential.
