Quality Assurance Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced QA Manager to join a major construction project in Middlesbrough.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality professional to take responsibility for managing quality assurance and quality control activities across the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage QA/QC activities across the project
• Develop and maintain the Project Quality Plan
• Ensure works comply with project specifications, standards and procedures
• Manage inspections, audits, testing and quality documentation
• Monitor subcontractor and supplier quality performance
• Identify and manage non-conformances and corrective actionsWork closely with the Project and Construction teams to maintain high-quality standards
• Ensure all quality records and documentation are completed and maintained

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a QA Manager / Quality Manager within construction
• Strong knowledge of construction QA/QC processes
• Experience with inspections, audits, testing and quality documentation
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors and project teams
• Relevant quality/construction qualifications are desirable
• Available for an immediate start
