Sherborne Schools Group is seeking an exceptional Group Facilities Manager to lead and develop our soft services provision across our prestigious family of schools. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced operational leader to make a significant impact, ensuring that our campuses remain welcoming, safe, efficient, and maintained to the highest possible standards. Reporting to the Director of Estates, you will oversee a diverse range of services including housekeeping, grounds and gardens, waste management, porterage, event support, and our group-wide laundry hub, helping to create an environment in which pupils, staff, and visitors can thrive.
As a highly visible leader, you will inspire and support a team of managers and operational staff across multiple sites, driving a culture of professionalism, pride, and continuous improvement. Working closely with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders, you will ensure outstanding service delivery while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and value for money.
