Senior Building Control Surveyor — Hybrid Role

Maldon District Council is seeking an experienced Principal Building Control Surveyor to lead on complex applications, inspections, enforcement and appeals from their Maldon offices as the main base, with hybrid working and regular site visits.

You will mentor junior surveyors, provide expert advice to officers and Members, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring statutory compliance and high customer service throughout the service.
