• Monitor and control project costs, work progress, and scope variances while meeting quality, cost, and programme criteria
• Oversee the work of junior staff performing similar tasks and take responsibility for their actions
• Ensure the commercial success of projects in the portfolio
• Liaise with client and supplier representatives, attend progress meetings, and respond to queries
• Contribute to bid preparation and work-winning activities
• Drive effective health and safety practices within the team
• Coordinate the integration of multidisciplinary designs across rail design schemes
• Lead projects and mentor junior Project Managers

Требования:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an appropriate subject, such as Civil Engineering or Project Management
• Full membership of the Association for Project Management
• Association for Project Management Project Professional Qualification (PPQ) or equivalent
• Developed Project Management experience and expertise, likely gained as an Assistant Project Manager or equivalent
• Able to act as the day-to-day main project management contact for a project when required by the commission
• Good commercial awareness
• Good understanding of interface management
