Isle of Wight FM Account Manager – Lead & Grow

Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an Account Manager for our Isle of Wight client. You will oversee the account, hit KPIs and SLAs, manage the P&L and coordinate WIPs, scope extra works, and lead a team of M&E engineers.

The role requires a technical background in electrical installations or mechanical fields, at least 3 years in a commercial building services management capacity, and strong client-facing leadership.
