Senior HSE Advisor – On-Site Safety Leader (Manufacturing)

2 Sisters Food Group, a major UK food manufacturer, seeks a Senior Health Safety and Environmental Advisor for its Rogerstone, Newport site. You will be the visible HSE lead on site, supporting operations, driving a positive safety culture and advising on risk controls.

Reporting to the Head of Safety, you will conduct inspections, lead investigations, and influence safe working practices across the site while delivering IOSH Managing Safely training and maintaining regulatory compliance.
