In-House Sourcing & Property Counsel – Europe

Visa is seeking an experienced Corporate Governance Lawyer to lead strategic sourcing and outsourcing matters across Europe from our London office. You will draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, advise on regulatory requirements, and manage external counsel within budget.

You will build strong partnerships with legal and business teams, understand Visa’s products, and provide training on policy and contract matters. Hybrid role with in-office presence required.
