Job Description:
B&M is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to own the financial story behind store operations. You’ll be the finance partner for Central and Regional Retail Operations, accountable for cost drivers that determine store profitability across 750+ stores.
Based at the Speke Support Centre with one day from home, you’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, weekly/monthly reporting, and KPI analysis, and challenge senior stakeholders to lift performance.
